Saray Apartment is a beautifully presented duplex apartment situated in a prime location in the heart of Kalkan’s old town. The complex has a total of 6 apartments built with a striking stone facade which is in keeping with the architecture of the old town and these apartments share access to a uniquely designed large outdoor swimming pool and communal terrace which offers breathtaking sea views. The interior of Saray is contemporary and stylishly fitted with the added bonus of sea-facing balconies and a private roof terrace. This apartment is a wonderful place to experience the picturesque town of Kalkan as all amenities, the harbour and sea are just a few minutes walk away.

Access to the apartment is via a single flight of stairs and the layout is as follows:

Upper Floor

The two remaining bedrooms are located on the top floor along with a very well equipped roof terrace with unrivalled sea views. The first of the bedrooms on the upper floor is a double ensuite room with a sea-facing private balcony and is accessed by it’s own private staircase. The other ensuite bedroom, the largest of the three bedrooms, is accessed by a second private staircase and can be configured as either a twin or a double depending on guests’ requirements. This bedroom has direct access on to the roof terrace which is the main private outside space for this apartment and as such features an outdoor kitchenette complete with sink, fridge and BBQ, as well as a comfy sofa, chairs and sun loungers. Shade is provided by a large parasol. This terrace can be also accessed directly from the landing.This is the perfect spot for a sundowner or to watch the twinkling night lights in the Kalkan bay.

Outside The Apartment

The outside space for this apartment is comprised of both private and shared areas. The private spaces consist of two sea-facing balconies, and a roof terrace. One balcony to the front of the living space and one to the front of the double en-suite bedroom as well as the private roof terrace as mentioned above. The communal outside space offers a large swimming pool and sunbathing terrace which is shared with the other apartments in the complex.

Kalkan old town is a stone’s throw away so guests staying at Saray apartment can find their way on foot to shops, restaurants, bars, the harbour and the beach within minutes.

Payment Information

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the apartment rental is payable when you book your holiday and the balance is due 10 weeks before departure . The balance due date will be shown on your confirmation email so please make a note of it as no reminders will be sent. If you book less than 10 weeks before your arrival date, the full balance will be due immediately. Payments can be made by bank transfer or by cheque (provided your arrival date is not within 28 days).

We reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain any deposit paid should the balance of payment not be received as cleared funds by the due date.
