Villa Aristos is a striking 6 bed villa situated in a serene natural setting on the outskirts of the quaint town of Kalkan. The pool terrace is set in beautiful grounds surrounded by olive, lemon and pine trees. An organic vegetable and herb patch (our guests are welcome to make use of the produce) creating an authentic Mediterranean ambience. A spacious landscape garden wraps around one side of the villa overlooking a plush green valley and the sea. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a picnic or read a book under the shade of the trees. To the front of the villa is a large private pool and sunbathing terrace with a generous shaded al-fresco dining terrace and built-in stone BBQ adjacent to the pool. This stunning outside space faces out to the unspoiled mountains and sea on the horizon and is drenched in sun throughout the day.

Ground Floor

The interior of the villa is spaced across two floors. On the ground floor there is a bright and airy open-plan living room and kitchen/diner with large windows framing the terrace, mountain and garden views. The kitchen area is very spacious and is fitted with all modern appliances. These include an oven, gas hob, large fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. A large island sits in the centre of the kitchen with integrated breakfast bar to seat 12. The living room area has a large, comfortable corner sofa and TV with full height sliding doors that flood the room with light and allow easy access to the al-fresco dining area and pool. Two of the six bedrooms are located on the ground floor, great for guests who have limited mobility, both en-suite doubles; one with a garden view and one with terrace views and direct access to the pool and garden.

A laundry area with washing machine and ironing equipment is located under the stairs on the ground floor.

First Floor

The first floor is home to four more chic double en-suite bedrooms. The master room has a free-standing bath set against a large window with sea and mountain views. Three of the four bedrooms on the first floor have private balconies that have garden, landscape or sea views.

Villa Aristos is incredibly stylish, both inside and out. Finished to a very high standard, this villa is the perfect choice for our guests to enjoy an enchanting escape. It is ideal for large groups, families, yoga retreats and more.

• £150 damage deposit, returned within 10 days after check out assuming there is no damage
• 25% deposit is required when booking. 75% balance is due 90 days prior to arrival

Location Information

The village of Ulugol where villa Aristos is found sits above the town centre of Kalkan. It’s approximately 5 minutes from the town centre by car. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity. Local amenities found in close proximity to the villa include a small grocery store market and several village style restaurants serving fish and traditional Turkish cuisine. We advise guests who stay at this villa to hire a car or make use of the reasonably priced local taxi services as there limited local amenities. That way you can comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries. You can reach the villa via a village lane which is gravel in some areas. Gated parking space for three cars is available next to the entrance.
