Villa Yayla offers 4 en-suite bedrooms and can accommodate up to 9 guests in the elevated area of Kiziltas Kalkan which gives this property captive sea and harbour views from each of its’ rooms, and pool terrace. Plenty of outdoor space is available with a raised wooden seating area ideal for lounging in the shade with a book or sipping your morning coffee whilst admiring the stunning views. To the front of the villa is a sunbathing terrace with a curved infinity pool and outdoor dining area with BBQ.

Ground Floor

On entering the villa at ground floor guests will discover an open-plan kitchen, dining and living room with large doors that open out onto the villa’s sun-soaked pool terrace. The kitchen-diner is very well equipped with modern appliances including electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, water cooler and dining table for 8. Adjacent to this is the sitting area with feature fireplace and includes a multi-channel TV and DVD player and collection. A separate WC is situated next to the entrance.

First Floor

Follow a winding staircase to the first floor which is occupied by 2 en suite bedrooms each boasting stunning views of Kalkan’s turquoise bay. There is one double and one twin bedroom each furnished with wardrobes, vanity and bedside tables. The landing between the rooms is furnished with Turkish floor cushion seating area and opens out onto a large, shared balcony which can be accessed from both bedrooms as well.

Second Floor

The second floor has two more en-suite bedrooms. Another twin and the master double with a separate bath and shower in the bathroom. A spacious shared balcony looks out over the sea and mountains.

Third Floor

A laundry area with washing machine and iron is located on the third floor. There is a single bed in the eaves of the roof opposite the laundry area. A 9th guest can be accommodated in this room. From here you can access the roof terrace.

Outside The Villa

The pool terrace is at the front of the villa facing the sea. A curved infinity pool occupies the centre of the terrace. Surrounding the pool is an outdoor dining area, raised seating area and ample sunbathing space, BBQ and outdoor shower. Guests will love to sit out on this terrace of an evening, watching the sun go down and light up the skies above the sea with a beverage in hand.

Below the pool is a shaded basement with table tennis table and pool table accessed by external stairs.

Location

Villa Yayla is located towards the top of Kalkan in the Kiziltas area in a high position. We advise hiring a car or using the local tax services as the terrain in this area of Kalkan is steep. The journey to the town centre takes just 3-4 minutes by car or taxi. If you prefer to walk it takes approximately 12 minutes (when going downhill into town) on foot.
